I asked him to help me with understanding the phone and energy saving tips. Sean was able to explain to me in an "understandable electronic language for the older adult" which included showing me hands on and also letting follow along step by step to better understand my phone. I prefer to do all of our families phones at the East Wenatchee store over the Wenatchee store as it is much more friendly, open, and less cramped to do business."
